THE ELLIOTT WAVE PRINCIPLE
We totally agree with Elliott's approach here and will complement the idea with
additional rules in later sections. We will also introduce other investment
strategies closely related to the Fibonacci ratio. Elliott never worked with a
geometric approach. We will introduce logarithmic spirals as an
investment tool. We strongly believe that this is the solution to the problem of
combining 'price and time.' This has never been done before.
The
concentration will be on Fibonacci. The following chapters will work with daily
and weekly data. Research shows that intraday data can be applied where only
daily data has been used thus far. More historical tests are needed before
